I found the perfect quartzite slab, but installation was delayed by 9 months. With a deposit down, they stored it until we were ready for installation. Once installed we saw the manufacturer didn't correctly buff some areas around inclusions. When we brought it to their attention, they sent out someone to buff and reseal the areas. In our open concept home, it is a centerpiece seen from all communal rooms of the house and we are extremely pleased with it. One end was cut off to fit the specs and used as a bathroom counter. I want to give a special shout-out to Myko, who handled my project. She was incredibly professional and did an amazing job coordinating everything to get the work completed in such a short time. Without her, I wouldn’t have this beautiful Dekton porcelain installed as my kitchen island and backsplash. Home remodeling can be very stressful, but Myko made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciate all her help and support!

Had a fantastic experience with Granite and Marble Specialties and highly recommend . Our experience started with Myko who helped with product selection and was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Best pricing., amazing communication and install team. We had a change post install and the customer care is next level I have recommended to neighbors and family members.
We had quartz countertops installed in our kitchen and the entire process was so easy! We worked with Myko and she helped us with all the different options, explaining everything in detail which was very helpful. Everything went according to plan and it was installed within a couple weeks from start to finish! Myko communicated with us every step of the way and was super responsive. We were so pleased and happy with the final outcome that we decided to do our master bath with Myko. Great company, great communication, great p... read more
