Manager are crackheads looking to commit fraud do not apply at this place. They're a joke trying to feed off application fees
Don't waste your money on this place! Took over a month of back and forth paperwork telling me everything was good until the last min. Then told me they couldn't accept me! Not worth the hassle! Still haven't gotten my deposit back of over $400.00
I lived here for over four years and it was great, however the move out process is a nightmare. They never gave me a walk through when I left, and claimed the appliances were too dirty to clean. When I saw the pictures that they had taken, they had to take apart the appliances in order to find the grime.
Youll have to get used to the disrespectful/unprofessional behavior from the management as well as other tenants. Uptight leasing agreements that a very loosely followed/enforced by the management company. The overpriced units are decent in quality, but the landscaping, property maintenance, and parking/garage spaces are sub par (not enough garages for half the tenants and very small parking spots).
