I purchased my slab over at Reliance in NJ and Granite Kitchen & bath Fabricated my kitchen, Ana contacted me as soon as she received my e-mail, very helpful she explained the whole process and made sure all my request were heard. After template i requested a layout confirmation, Ana made sure i received those pictures and i confirmed right away. Shantel and Eric are very professional when it comes to explaining everything about a stone Shantel really shines and demonstrates she knows what shes talking about. I received excellent customer service by Shantel and Ana, very nice girls. Most importantly the fabrication and installation were flawless Mike was my installation guy & boy does he know his stuff. He explain everything i needed & even have me info about taking care of my stone. Excellent team and excellent business.
The whole process was painless, Shantel help me every step of the way. All my answers we're answer and explain properly.
As soon as you walked in you get greeted and helped by a sales rep. Eric was my sales guy, very helpful guy and excellent customer service, my template was done the very next day, and installation was quick & easy. Everything from start to finish has done properly.
