I've mostly interacted with one of the women named Catherine who made has made my experience renting (through the pandemic no less) completely stress-free. I've had a great experience overall.
Quick to respond, good communication, seems to be an honest business. Nothing but positive interactions in my experience.
Pretty much all the other reviews are accurate. They do not ever pick up phone for maintenance requests. They don’t email, they don’t return your calls, they don’t care. You solely depend on the landlord and he doesn’t have much support either they don’t even address things he requests. My stove has only 2 burners that work, dishwasher wasn’t working since I moved in for 2.5 years I was calling to get it fixed and it was miraculously recently replaced thanks to the landlord. Worst landlord company, full of the most uncaring and unfriendly staff I have ever dealt with. This is a horrible company and an awful, truly soulless group of people.
