We hired Granite to do an inspection on a possible house we were purchasing. The inspector that came was Mike. He made sure he went through everything he thought was not good. Was very thorough and even gave us some tips on what to look for next time we are close to buying a house. Over all he saved us from a lot of headaches and a lot of money spent to fix a house that had too many problems. Thank you Mike. You really did save us from that troublesome house.
