I made four calls to Granite Gallery to have them come look at my granite to see if it needed to be polished. I kept being told I would be called back. The granite person, Tim, did call me once and left a message. When I returned his call I was told, he was running an errand and would be right back and give me a call. No call. The next time I was told he went to the store and would call me as soon as he got back, again, no call. Worse than lousy customer service.

Beautiful work! Granite Gallery does beautiful work! The attention to detail and customer satisfaction is outstanding! They exceeded our expectations and we returned to them for bathrooms and fireplace granite work.
