Stay away! They have broken down, faulty, and unrepairable HVAC units that they refuse to replace because they don’t want to spend the money (though they get around 2000 a month in rent per apartment) so there are about 6-8 neighbors I know of who have had to live without air conditioning all summer. Upon my experience has been great through the whole process !! The property manager Mrs. Sharon was very helpful and nice !
Upon my experience of moving into Granite Falls Apt homes, it was very interesting. The office manager Mrs.Sharon was fabulous but exact on what she had to do to get me an my family moved in here. As any person managing an Apt complex you do run into some that will make your job a little complicated, so as I read the reviews I had to get to know her for myself an not from what people said about her.
