Upon my experience has been great through the whole process !! The property manager Mrs. Sharon was very helpful and nice !
Upon my experience of moving into Granite Falls Apt homes, it was very interesting. The office manager Mrs.Sharon was fabulous but exact on what she had to do to get me an my family moved in here. As any person managing an Apt complex you do run into some that will make your job a little complicated, so as I read the reviews I had to get to know her for myself an not from what people said about her. The worst rental experience I have ever had. The management will openly lie to you and gaslight you as if you're an idiot. Neighbors can dang near take a sledgehammer to the floor and nothing will be done. Fake positive reviews are being posted. Read between the lines.
