Purchased a Grohe Shower Set from them, on installation we found that the valve had been modified (machine screw had been hacked into replace where someone had broken the normal attachment) and it leaked. I cannot comment on who did this, but if Grohe did, they are seriously negligent to ship such a unit. A Grohe rough in box purchased at the same time was also defective (leaking cold shut off valve) but because my plumber has already trimmed the plastic housing before realizing that problem, I understand that part was non-... read more
