Purchased a Grohe Shower Set from them, on installation we found that the valve had been modified (machine screw had been hacked into replace where someone had broken the normal attachment) and it leaked. I cannot comment on who did this, but if Grohe did, they are seriously negligent to ship such a unit. Our initial impression was good. Onur (Who no longer works there) gave us a reasonable price and prompt installation. However, there was a noticeable flaw in the quartz pattern. I called Onur and he sent out his installer/repairman. This man was at our house for over an hour dousing the quartz with multiple chemicals and digging at it with a razor.
