I had my kitchen remodeled through Lowes. At that time they had a contract with Granite Details for the installation of countertops and undermount sink. So far countertops okay but sink was never blocked properly. Several months after installation I noticed black mold and water drip marks at top of sink. Unfortunately it was not until several months ago I discovered the sink was loose and the silicone seal was broken. Granite Details helped me out with a small project that other countertop places refused to take as it was not big enough to be worth their time. They were able to provide me with a piece that perfectly matched my other countertops and had the finished piece delivered and installed in a week. They were fantastic, friendly and knowlegable through out. I'm so glad I found them.
I was giving Prices at initial measurement.and I had no issue with the price, they collected half of the money up front which I had no problem with that but then a week before. Insulation they made a trip to remasure the project again the price went up. Mike, Kristi, and the entire Granite Details team were awesome from start to finish. Kristi was super friendly and helpful in guiding us to select the best countertops to suit our needs -- even showing us a cheaper, remnant option for our bathroom that worked perfectly!
