Very bad experience by hiring this company (especially working with Ananth Chowdary Dama) to get my countertops and Cabinets installed. He doesn't have any accountability. He messed up my basement project by not installing the Onyx & my cabinets correctly. Tried calling him several times to fix my Onyx, but never answers nor responds to texts. Never hire this person, he had registered 5-6 different companies and had closed. Very shady person.
The customer service and the staff are the best and no just that the prices they manage are great with sacrificing the quality my Wife and I we are so happy whit our counter tops the kitchen will looks amazing when we finish it!!

We approached this countertop experience with trepidation. Designer, Simona, was exceptional in advice and suggestions in the selection process. We had anxiety with the install because we didn't have previous familiarity. Simona and Mr. Dama were engaged, involved and responsive with any concerns we had. Simona was very pleasant to work with. She understood me & my husband's needs in regards to purchasing our quartz countertop for our bathroom. The installers were very efficient in laying down the countertop. Will definitely use them in the future. Kudos to Granite Depot.
