Worst experience ever! This Dentist David A Keller took out my wisdom teeth. Then he left permit damage to my lower left jaw. When I went back to him and told him something wasn't right. He pulled me to the very back office with his female dental assistant at the time and told me you have signed a legal document ... I looked at him like WTH? I trusted you and that's your response! He has never made it right. He cut into a nerve that caused permanent damage.

I was going to Granite Dental as my primary dentist for a long time but within the past year or so quality of service and communication has gone downhill fast. Dr. Keller talked me into having a crown placed when I did not have Dental insurance at the time. The crown then falls out less than a year later. I go in so they can take a look and a fresh out of school assistant looks and tells me that I will need a root canal. I scheduled the root canal and come in for the appointment. I started going to Granite Dental last year. They chose to do a type of comprehensive exam that they estimated to be covered by my insurance, but then charged me hundreds of dollars on top of what I already paid because it wasn't actually covered. I wouldn't have agreed to that exam if I knew it wasn't going to be covered by my insurance. The two temporary crowns did not stay glued but came out and a third temporary crown was glued. The two crowns that came out, one came out during the night when I was asleep and the other came out when I got home for a single swallow of water; I was not eating in either case. The only good thing was the prompt service to replace the faulty crowns.
