I started going to Granite Dental last year. They chose to do a type of comprehensive exam that they estimated to be covered by my insurance, but then charged me hundreds of dollars on top of what I already paid because it wasn't actually covered. I wouldn't have agreed to that exam if I knew it wasn't going to be covered by my insurance. The two temporary crowns did not stay glued but came out and a third temporary crown was glued. The two crowns that came out, one came out during the night when I was asleep and the other came out when I got home for a single swallow of water; I was not eating in either case. The only good thing was the prompt service to replace the faulty crowns.
My daughter picked this dentist for me it was a 5 star and great reviews it's also was in my insurance network and close to my home. My first visit went well I walked in everyone in the back was laughing loudly the receptionist was friendly, but behind all of that is a bunch of lies, greedy fraudulent people. Not a good experience, had 2 front crowns replaced which are not the same colors. Dr. Keller and his crew were very rude and he would not even address my concerns. I strongly would not recommend his work!
had one of the most uncomfortable dental experiences I’ve ever had at this office, and I’ve been to the dentist many times in my life. The dentist gave me an injection without any warning, which completely caught me off guard and hurt. Then, instead of waiting for the anesthetic to take effect, he immediately started drilling.
