We reached out to numerous companies to get design concepts and bids for our project and Dean was the first to reply and meet us in person to help outline our project. His communication was great at keeping us at ease during the demolition and permit process and he always kept us in the loop with current developments throughout the build from each step of the process. We had our pool built in 2023. When we met Dean from Granite Creek, he was straight forward, direct and no beating around the bush. He showed us the cost upfront and let us know we can add or remove. He was very nice and he started the process immediately, every time one contractor was finished up with their part, the next contractor would come by. Dean was very helpful. He actually took us to the homes of other pools he built. the construction went well. it's been about a year and all the equipment is in good shape. Dean helped immensely to get hoa approval on the pool and landscaping. I would use granite pools again.
