Dean and crew were hands on, professional, polite and went above and beyond as far as customer service. Dean is patient and very responsive. The best of all is the completed yard is beautiful! Thank you to Dean and crew
We had our pool built in 2023. When we met Dean from Granite Creek, he was straight forward, direct and no beating around the bush. He showed us the cost upfront and let us know we can add or remove. He was very nice and he started the process immediately, every time one contractor was finished up with their part, the next contractor would come by. Dean was very helpful. He actually took us to the homes of other pools he built. the construction went well. it's been about a year and all the equipment is in good shape. Dean helped immensely to get hoa approval on the pool and landscaping. I would use granite pools again.
