I've lived at Granite Creek Apartments for several years and have seen many changes, but one thing that has remained consistently great is the maintenance. Bogdan is incredibly dependable and always quick to respond. Inga, the community manager, is truly amazing. She’s kind, professional, and genuinely invested in making this a great place to live. The neighbors are friendly, and the community overall has a warm, welcoming feel. I'm grateful to be part of it.
It's okay. The kitchens are too small and not functional, my dish washer each was rusted and the property manager wouldn't replace it. The maintenance is not that good, repairs will need to be done in a month again, my bathroom sink was rusted and they just paint over it and it comes back. maintenance orders sometimes are never fixed and closed.
