Worst company I’ve every had to deal with. When I got my first car they were the loan company the dealership set me up with. I’ve had the car for under three years, they are constantly needing updated insurance information, like every other month it seems and it seems like their policy are constantly changing. Poor customer service about to close my account!! I would not recommend this bank to anyone!!!! The staff in the midvale branch has very poor customer service skills and very unhelpful!!! Visited the slc branch today and they was also amazed that there other branch would not help!!!
Best rates and customer service . Handled my account from 150 miles away.
I've been with Granite for 15- 16 years and always have had good service! Today I needed a jump start on my truck and Skeeter at the main branch helped me get me going again and wanted to say thank you! You da man!
These people are bad business. Don’t want to help you out but any way. They like to charge for “inconvenience fee” even when the don’t do there job correctly.
