*willing to scam disabled people to make a few extra bucks* So in all this mess and heartbreak with my mother's passing, Ivy and I went to granite credit union yesterday to notify them and file the claim on her life insurance. Granite credit union told us that they turned all of their policies over to another company in 2011 and we would need to contact them directly. horrible experience as a cosigner all I can say os run away ! far away! we tried a skip pay even piod their $25 fee and still ended up with a 30 day late on my credit even though we had ample time. aparently there was another form that needed to be signed. once again their communication sucked! just like in the beginning when the phone check deposits were not going through. they had no problem taking on fees for that either. yet we had proof on our end they worked. and we never signed up for the overdraft protection but they... read more

In this institution they do not even say good morning. They do not know anything about customer service .... and of course I am NOT going to open any account in this bank and I DO NOT recommend it
