The sales manager (shane weston )and the plant guy (Ryan) don't know how to make the right material, they are very rude if you mention about the mix they make is bad, shane will tell you not to come back to the facility or else , if tell him about the material that is rocky and doesn't have enough oil or fine material in it or it's not hot enough, he says don't harras them. they are new guys from California that have been at this locationabout for 2 months .
