I ordered the $14.00 prime rib sandwich that came out with 1 slice of beef and mostly bread! The waitress said I would have to pay more for an extra portion! I just wanted a meal.... The manager came by and said the portion was up to corporate standard BS and not willing to do anything. A very poor corporate standard and not how to handle a long time customer that has been coming since they opened. Food is consistent every time.
My mom and i go here often and always sit at the bar . The first visit the bartender asked our names and never forgot them. She was amazing from start to finish.
