Hope they will imporve their kitchen management. – The decoration was agreeable and the service was good. We also enjoyed our appetizer, which was Spinach and Artichoke Dip. My meat loaf was good but the asparagus as the side was overcooked, tasteless and even not washed. My wife had her shrimp only one bite and then just had a salad instead. The worse was later on she found a long hair inside the meat loaf leftover. Nausea?
Great food, good service and fun place to watch the Vikes! – First, the map that Citysearch has for this is wrong, it's at the corner of HWY 100 and Excelsior Blvd. Anyway, probably one of the best places to take in a sport's game I can think of, great in-house microbrews. My only complaint is the value, you don't get a lot of food for the buck, especially their Sunday Buffet-Wayyyy overpriced. Best appetizer is their Idaho Nachoes, unique and delicious. Real brewed beer, delicious food, huge portions. – They've got wonderful beer, made on-site. The food is great and comes in huge portions. There's sometimes a long wait at this location, but it sure is worth it. Five stars!!
Expensive for no good reason! – Expensive, Crappy Staff and the cook couldn't follow orders. A half rak of ribs is 16 dollars and a full 22. At every single other place in town that has ribs on the menu, the half rak is 9 or 10 dollars and the full is 16 and it is the same size. Their beer which tatsed like water ( brewed in house) is 4.75 a glass. I didnt dare ask how much an import bottle was... Asked for well done hamburger for one of my friends and they brought back all rare burgers. The half rak I got was a joke for 16 ... read more
Great Menu! – GCFB is one of our favorite restaurants. Their menu is full of variety, and they also have weekly chef's specials that cover entrees, desserts, etc. We really enjoy sitting in the bar area, where they have several flat panel televisions. Service has always been great---often times, a manager will even come by to make sure we enjoyed our meals. If you are a beer fan, try out one of gc's selections. Overall, a great place!
awesome food with even better service – This restaurant chain is unbelievable. Not only is the beer great, but unlike most microbreweries the food is the star attraction. This restaurant is fun, friendly, and just great to go to anytime. It can get very busy on weekends, but I can only assume it is because this place always exceeds expectations. I actually gave a 25% tip the service was so good. The waiters really take care of you here.

One of my favorite restaurants! – Ever since I've found out about this place I've been craving it! There's something for everyone on the menu and the prices are very reasonable. Try the Asian Chicken Salad...my favorite! The tomato basil and French Onion soups are both outstanding! I agree that the waffle fries and dip are really good too. Definitely a place I'd try at least once- my husband and I are regulars. I've only had an issue with customer service once, but I think we just had a slow server.
