Awful service today!!!!
WTH! – My mom literally found a bolt in her salad... as in screws, nuts, bolts.... When she brought it to the waiter's attention they gave her a new meal but still had her pay. When we mentioned that since they said they get their salads pre-made in bags that it was probably done at the manufacturing company and they may not want to serve any more of those salads, they said they wouldn't. Could Be Better – I ate at Granite City the other week for lunch with my parents. It wasn't the first time I've eaten here and I've only eaten here a handful of times but I never know what to expect. It goes back and forth, the food is either great or there's something wrong with it. Incredible food, don't let the chain tag scare you – I'm a foodie and usually avoid chains. This is an exception. Both mine and my guests entree's we're cutting edge, affordable, and well thoughout. Great job.
Great Place for everyone – The people are great the food is good, the service was freindly and the prices are competitive
Great beer and food – The people are freindly and the building is very nice, not a typical brew pub much better food, service and beer
Always good food! – We love going here! The staff is always very attentive, but never annoying. They seem to know just when you need something, but don't bother you when you have a mouth full of food! I have never had a meal there that I didn't enjoy, but the salmon is always great!
A lovely Sunday Brunch – There seem to be fewer and fewer places for a good Sunday brunch so we were happy to find this one. They have a well furnished buffet line with fruit, sweet breads, biscuits and gravy, wonderful eggs benedict and also a delicious potato casserole. They serve everyone a cinnamon roll at the table and these are good too, but not spectacular. Slow service – I did not have a good experience here. We were going to a movie at 1:30pm, and we were seated at noon. It was not busy when we arrived. I had to ask for a beer list, and it took the waiter ten minutes to get it. I suppose I should have left right then and there. We ordered three burgers. At 12:45, we asked when our food would be ready, the waiter said it would be soon.
