My husband and I love our monthly Sunday date brunch at Granite City but last Sunday was absolutely awful. We were there at 10am and our server Brandon either needs a lot of training or we have been spoiled by the other servers we have had for the last year. We had to ask for silverware (which came in coctail napkins, we had to ask for our carmel rolls, my drink was empty 2 times, and when I asked for regular napkin we were given more cocktail napkins. Like the menu selection. It's a favorite place to go. I like the staff and decor and the noise level is tolerable- not to loud!
