I ordered catering for delivery through manager Chelsey (sp?). I called 10 minutes before the delivery was supposed to arrive. I was put on hold for over 5 minutes. I called back and was told my order was lost. I finally got Chelsey on the phone who said that the paper with my order was thrown away and she would have my food here in 15 minutes.
