Tried to eat at this restaurant tonight (2/8/20) but sat with no service for about 13 minutes before we got up and left. Wasn’t even crowded, just bad service. Made eye contact with the hostess as we left but then she looked away with no question as to why we were leaving.

Waited over an hour for food and artichoke chicken was cold. Everyone that came after us got their food before us and had left. So sad! It used to be so good.

Employees were rude from the time we walked in. Ordered an appetizer and it took 20 minutes to come out and food even longer. Food was just ok. People around us were visibly frustrated with wait time for food as well. They need to better train their staff on customer service. We won't be going there again.

We waited ten minutes to get seated at lunch time on Saturday. That was not a big deal, but once we were seated, we received no menus or service. While looking around, we noticed that most of the customers were waiting on food. After 15 minutes passed with no service, we decided to leave. As I passed the hostess, I explained to her our situation. Her response, “Okay!” Not the response I was looking for!!
