Worst service I’ve had in my entire life. Server didn’t greet us for 15 mins after we were seated. When he took our order he kept calling us “bro”. We asked for water and some cocktails and he never brought them. He didn’t get my order correct, didn’t bring our appetizer out first, and never came to the table once our food was delivered. He was flirting with a table of females for quite sometime before he came over and gave us our check. We felt completely ignored.
I recently went for brunch on Sunday. Everything looked so good, but because of a surgery I had 4 years ago, I cannot eat more than a few ounces of food at a time. I have a medical card that I carry with me for eating out and for emergencies showing what Type of surgery I had. When I asked my server could I get a child’s plate he stated he would check with his manager. To my complete surprise he can back and told me she said no they would not honor my medical card. RecommendedEvery date my husband and I go on without the kids we go to Granite City. I try different things on the menu almost every time because I've never had something I didn't like. Usually at restaurants you stick with what's safe and get the same thing. Not here! You are free to pick and choose something different every time and never be disappointed. The staff is also friendly and knowledgeable about their food and drink items.
