I was in town for a week on vacation and decided to drop in - so glad I did! I attended the 5am or 6am classes, Monday through Friday. Jeremy was fantastic - knowledge, encouraging, and funny. He is great at teaching technique. The classes were just what I like - heavy lifting, mixed with conditioning. The members are extremely welcoming! I will be back next year for sure!
We had an amazing experience at the gym. Really good programming and coaching. The gym was clean and there was a welcoming community. We will be back again!
Have to throw a plug-in to Jeremy Lang @ Granite city Crossfit. If you’re sick of the crowds and time spent at your local "cattle gyms" and feeling like just another number, let him help you. He does a great job coaching you right, keeping you safe and pushing you when needed. The other members have been nothing but very welcoming to every new student. I routinely drop in to Granite City CrossFit when I am in town visiting family. Jeremy is a fantastic coach who has a passion for his work. He and his athletes alway make me feel welcome: the sense of community is palpable. I always enjoy the workouts and look forward to the next opportunity I have to drop in.
Fantastic coaching and a great group of people to workout with. Enjoyable atmosphere with instructor led workouts and scaling options for everyone.
