Greg came out for an estimate. We picked them for a 2nd opinion regarding some damage the wind caused. The first co estimate fit within the expectations of what the ins co estimated (but wasn't worth the claim) - at any rate - Greg checked it out and saw what the real bottom line was and offered to take care of it right then for what was a much more reasonable cost for what we now knew was the issue. They replaced our roof and very expeditiously.
Hired Granite Basin to repair a leak in my roof which failed to fix the problem. The owner Greg came back out to re-evaluate the situation and provided little to no direction or recommendations to remedy the problem. I got the clear impression that he was un-interested in job, and informed me that the cost of the failed repair was non-refundable because the repair was based on his best guess of the problem.
