I just my make and model of my car was a huge part of the issue. 3.5 Star : Repair Quality I had to take it back to the shop because the front bumper began to fall off without the pressure from external forces. 5 Star : Customer Service They were great!! They even let me get my car when your adjuster neglected to pay them for their service.
