Need to answer their phone!!!!!!!! The mailbox is full! We had an appointment on Friday, they called and had to cancel because they were stuck at a big job. We were told we would be the 1st stop on Monday morning… well no show, no call and not answering their phone!!!

After having my elderly parents almost get scammed by another company to the tune of 8600 dollars for a new furnace I contacted Grangers for a second opinion. Joe came out and did an inspection of their system and found absolutely nothing wrong with their system saving my parents big. Needed a capacitor for an air conditioning unit that went down over the long hot labor day weekend. Called and they had it in stock. David was kind enough to hold it for me.
My mom called them a week and a half ago (before this latest heat wave) and told them that our air conditioning needed to be checked out because it wasn't running efficiently, they said they would call her back when they knew when they could send a technician out. She didn't hear from them. Fast forward to a week later and she calls them again asking when they can send someone out, they still tell her that they will call her when they're able to send someone.
