My daughter bought a new HVAC unit and water heater from this company in 2019. The A/C unit slowly declined in its ability to cool, and this year, will not go below 81* A service call was placed, under the warranty. The unit was found to be losing a large amount of Freon, to a level that it could NOT function properly. ( This is a Closed system, and should NOT lose ANY Freon, UNLESS there was a leak, which should have been found when the system was replaced !) It wasn't..... THEY installed the system (NEW) ... I am a recent past employee of a few days. My perspective is different but I think important for customers to know. A family owned business who really cares about their employees. I can’t tell you how fortunate I was working with such an awesome group of people and professionals. I can promise anyone who uses their services will not be sorry.
