My daughter bought a new HVAC unit and water heater from this company in 2019. The A/C unit slowly declined in its ability to cool, and this year, will not go below 81* A service call was placed, under the warranty. The unit was found to be losing a large amount of Freon, to a level that it could NOT function properly.
