My husband said the massage was great, but they started the massage 10 minutes late, but still ended at 5pm when it was supposed to be a full 60 minutes that we paid for from 4-5pm
I would give this place a five if things went better! I booked with one person and I dont believe that was the person that gave me the massage. She did great, don't get me wrong but the lack of professionalism. When arrived I went to the desk and said I had an appointment with Rene, and I dont think Rene did the job! The lady rushed back to the room told me to undress and lay down. I figured she was just preparing me then came back gave me the massage which was wonderful. Horrible job. Went to get massages her name is Yi Yang she doesn’t know what she doing she just tried to spend time basically. Horrible horrible service!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND
The therapeutic massage was wonderful. And the hot stones were an unexpected delight. I wish I could get a massage every day!
