People were nice, and after I found my insurance cards their help was good. One receptionist found my records right away, but when I was looking for my cards in my wallet, she lost interest and passed me off to another receptionist. She couldn’t find my records for a while but eventually found them. The PA I saw was nice and gave me good advice.
