I was really bummed to switch doctors because Dr. Evers is just the best! However, if I have to see the front desk just to go there , I’m good! Front desk does not know how to do their job. I used to work in pediatrics front and back office before moving here to Utah! Front desk clearly doesn’t communicate well, they don’t know how to check insurance, they will ask you for the card because they are too lazy to look it up, even though they can.
