Dr. Twelves and her team are amazing!
I’ve had nothing but positive experience is that this office. Dr. Hutchison his recently changed his role at the office and I needed to switch to a new OBGYN. I was scared about the other doctors, I wasn’t sure if they would be good or not compared to him. But my new doctor is amazing. They must have a lot of very good professionals at this office.
Waited over an hour and a half for an appointment I left work early for. It was a post op appointment that I didn't get to choose the time for. Nobody ever gave me an explanation as to why I was left to wait so long. Will be finding a new doctor
Horrible at returning your call. I received a huge bill and have been trying to get in contact with their practicing manager Cassey Lamb since November 24, 2024 to discuss what these charges are for. I have tried talking to the billing department and they directed me to her twice. Every time I call she is always in a meeting or never there. I have been emailing her consistently since November 2024 and still have not received a call or email back.
My daughter's appointment got cancelled shortly after i had a phone call with them. For no apparent reason! They asked me to have her call them back and confirm what her appointment was for. She called them back shortly after...not even an hour later. and was told her appointment was cancelled and there is no availability that day.
