If I could give them zero stars I would I went in. They ran some blood and sent it to a lab that is not even in network for me so here I am thinking everything‘s covered because I have good insurance and I get a bill in the mail so I try and call them and they are very rude unhelpful and I’m just stuck paying this lab bill for something that should’ve been covered be very cautious

I have had multiple issues with this office throughout my pregnancy and afterward. My first concern occurred when I called in September 2025 to schedule an appointment after finding out I was pregnant. I was told that I “didn’t know I was pregnant” because I was only three days late, despite the fact that pregnancy tests may not always be positive that early. This was not a great first impression. My first appointment I was in early and was seen right away. Staff, nurse and doctor were friendly, kind, professional, excellent bedside manners. I also did labs they saw me 5 mins after check in, everyone was knowledgeable and helpful.

For the sake of your own health, book any other doctor's office. I specifically scheduled a biopsy, twice, with this doctor's office. After waiting six weeks for my appointment, I was concerned quickly as I was given paperwork for pregnancy despite being there for a biopsy and not being pregnant. Appointment starts. Doctor confirms I need a biopsy. She then tells me she isn't qualified to perform one. Though I'm there specifically to have a biopsy completed. No other reason. They knew this.
