This bad review was earned by the receptionists. I have tried several times to have them schedule an appointment for me for a PSA test at American Fork Hospital. I can never get anyone to answer the phone and cant get anyone to return a call. When I come to the waiting room , I find the receptionists laughing and visiting while the phones are ringing. Not at all happy with Granger Summit urology in American Fork. When lab results came back I was called by a receptionist who didn’t have any information at all. She told me I needed to take 2 antibiotics, couldn’t even tell me why. She gave me the wrong dosing info and it turns out it was only 1 antibiotic and an anti fungal. Trust me when I say that this is not the kind of doctor you would prefer to go to if you had your choice, but I have been very pleased with the service and sensitivity offered by Dr. Henderson in performing my surgery, Bradley Burton as my PA, and Bailey as my RN contact at the office. Thank you for helping me through a very difficult medical issue as well as your ongoing support.
