I was pretty skeptical about here after my initial appointment but my primary asked me to stick with them and I'm glad she did. First appointment felt super rushed and I felt kind of blown off so I was a bit worried. After my procedure the comments Dr. Olsener made made it clear he actually had listened to me during that first appointment way more than previous doctors. I decided against getting another colonoscopy since I felt they could use my previous one from a couple years ago to help relieve my symptoms. I called a week before the scheduled colonoscopy but was told I would be charged $150 for canceling “within 5 BUSINESS DAYS.” I was never told about this policy. So tired of our medical system being so greedy.
Went in for stomach problems. Spent $4,000 on testing and was never diagnosed. The doctor rushed my intake and never took the time to fully ask or understand my situation. She also told me my symptoms “made no sense”. Don’t go here if you wanna figure out what’s wrong because they aren’t gonna help you find out.
