Appointments are quick after initial testing for allergies. Staff is awesome. So far so good!! Well it’s been a year plus a few weeks since I started the allergy shots. Shots definitely help and the staff is still super helpful and friendly. The Granger billing department though leaves a lot to be desired. I pay for the last visit at my next visit. The doctors here are amazing. They truly care about their patients. However, I have spent the last 9 business days attempting to get ahold of an MA to set up an appointment. When I call the front desk they are short and send me to the same extension that never picks up. I have left several messages with my information, but they still have yet to call back. It’s particularly frustrating when you have extreme asthma that continues to get worse, and you cannot set up an appointment.
Very caring and effective staff
I love all of the staff and the doctor I'm telling my friend and family to to this clinic
