I wish I could be more brief, but there is detail. I was hoping to find a new primary provider close to home. My initial visit with Dr Lloyd was OK. The usual blood draw when the office contacted me to go back in to see the results. I saw Dr.Lloyd again at that time I had been suffering from itching head to toe and bruising. He refused to provide a script for a steroid. I went back the next day for a second blood draw. This was on a Wednesday. I finally called the office on Monday. Physicians and staff care and offer helpful support. Dr. Jordan Roberts is particularly GREAT, even OUTSTANDING! Wait times after arrival has vastly improved in past couple of years. Our family has mixed reviews for the other doctors, both good and not-so good. The business side of the Granger practice is terrible. Hold times for the phone to be answered is most often 30 minutes or more, recently it's been 40-45 minutes - seriously, no exaggeration. Stacy Lake, FNP listened, cared, validated, was very open and likeable, easy to talk to and a power house of knowledge about Peri-menopause and reasonable treatments! She's flexible and willing to figure things out and doesn't treat you like cattle. She's ready to talk to about the tricky things and didn't behave like a robot. If you're looking for a solid and personable providern In wouldn't hesitate. And at least as of Nov 2025 she accepts select health in network!
If the office manager is a reflection of the doctors..I consider myself fortunate that she canceled my appointment..my encounters with the office manager lead me to believe this is a very toxic individual..( I had personal issues that needed my immediate attention )so I had to reschedule twice my 3rd attempt to schedule she was abrasive and very toxic..i was under the impression when someone is sick there's usually some flexibility..
Dr. Larsen is outstanding. Caring and considerate. I highly recommend him. Honest and forthright with his advices for your best life moving forward.
