The front desk lady here is incredibly rude and short with customers. She lacks any sense of customer service. After hanging up the phone, she talks poorly about clients, which is highly unprofessional. I don’t understand why she thinks that’s acceptable behavior.
I am so pleased with Melissa Steel and her assistants. They truly care about they patients and have have truly made my life better.
Friendly, kind, and thorough! Everyone on the office I met was like this. They listened and have been quick to reply. I have hives and I felt like listened to about my concerns. Looking forward to working with them.
UPDATE - I completed my treatment and I have been 99.5% allergy free. I had the worst allergies. But I put my trust in Dr. Broadbent. Worth every penny!!! Super knowledgeable. But it does take patience and dedication. Super grateful! 🤍 Dr. Broadbent and her team are amazing. They’ve been great and very helpful.
