Granger Medical has the worst billing department I have ever seen! Everyone in the billing department is completely incompetent, lazy, stupid, and unable to perform remedial math. Billing for me and my family has been wrong so often that I now expect to spend hours waiting on the phone or trying to explain to them how a statement is suppose to work. This clinic is horrible. I can in and this medical assistant attended my child and I and the medical assistant was horribly rude. Her name is Tiffany Bayer. I tried explaining what My child had and she did not let me answer instead she ignored my and moved on to the next question. I did not like that at all. She went out of the room and she got another medical assistant to attend us.
