Worst staff ever especially the lady who does the billing and finance I was going there for 5 years Dr Granger is great I had a issue on the billing which was the lady’s fault but she waned to argue with me I was willing to take care of it but her rude attitude and the Dr Granger after 5 years couldn’t even come talk to me for 1 minute

This rating is based off their office manager Trina Bronner. the experience I had with her was nothing short of unprofessional. I originally scheduled an appointment with this doctor for 1/24, booking it about two weeks in advance through a third-party service. Leading up to the appointment, the only communication I received were “click to confirm” text messages from the third party and a confirmation email, which appeared to come from the doctor’s office, on the day of the appointment. Incredibly Unprofessional and Frustrating Experience. I scheduled an appointment days in advance, expecting a smooth process, what I encountered was anything but. When I arrived after driving an hour in pain due to a recent accident, the office was still trying to verify my insurance—a task that should have been completed well before my appointment. Honestly one of the best doctors I’ve ever dealt with. He is super knowledgeable and has been a lifesaver for me. I’ve gotten the same treatment from other doctors and was in pain during it, but here was a different experience, never feel a thing, he knows exactly what he’s doing. I couldn’t be in better hands. I highly recommend coming here, probably the best doctor in Atlanta for the type of services I get here. 5 stars all day long.
