I would love to give Dr granger 0 stars. I have previously seen him several years ago for about 6 yrs, never had issues. I recently returned to him with my 7 yr old daughter who also needed an exam and was very nervous. Front desk is and has always been very pleasant, sweet and professional. The moment Dr granger walked into the room I told him my daughter was nervous, it was her first time seeing getting an eye exam.
