BEWARE!!! This place is incredibly discussing! The men who own this place don't give a shit about the living conditions!!!! Mold filled apartments which are making people sick, and animals living in the walls, I lived her for about 6 months and left with only a letter notice, did they give a shit NOPE because they know how gross the living conditions are! Like pullin teeth to get anything fixed and if you want out of your lease,,, that will cost you your whole security deposit PLUS 100$ to clean the carpet.......makes you wonder if they plan on giving the deposit back in the first place. Yea we wanted out of the lease because i aquired custody of my 2 sons and theres just not enuf room......that was the answer i got...:( water heater pilot blows out every other day and theres nothing they can do about it.....they charge 50$ extra for a fireplace you cant use or the apt fills ... read more
