Zero stars if I could. Worst insurance company one ever had. No accidents, clean driving record. I had a comprehensive claim for my truck and trailer. My neighbors tree fell on them both while parked in my driveway. I had to argue my total out for my trailer because they're comparable were no where near me or equipped the same. Took a month to tell me my truck frame damage was not due to the tree branch which mind you fell 30+ feet and weighed roughly 5500-6500 lbs, estimate given by the tree service that had to bring a cran... read more
Shannon Grove is worthless as a supervisor. I have received 5 different times in when I would receive a call from and adjuster. Very condescending voice right off the bat and only had excuses. I was first told 48 hours now it's at least a week to hear from someone. Refused to give me her supervisor's name. Do not recommend.
Horrible company. Canceled my policy charge me a bunch of money.
Without warning, notice, or any kind of indication, my vehicle insurance rates jumped by over $550 from one year to the next. I had no accidents, still have a clean driving record, and made no changes to the vehicle, my coverage, driving habits, or job. Yet they raised my rates from around $1,700 to over $2,300. Sure, I’d understand a minor increase year to year—but this is just ridiculous. The sad truth is, I’ve been loyal to Grange for years. It’s time to move on and not look back.
One star is too many. I have had this insurance company for over 10 years. Previously we had a collision with a deer in a newer vehicle and that was handled as expected. Not a fantastic experience, but went as expected. Recently I hit a deer, submitted a claim for the accident and the rest has been such an eye opener.
