Just switched to this dentist and I'm so glad. Haven't been in a long time but the staff are super friendly. The dentist is too the point and doesn't shame you for your life choices :P The receptionist is so kind and considerate, and the hygienist I saw explained every step she was going to take. I also appreciate that they try to keep appointments to their designated time. I remember when you would be at the dentist for hours because they would just keep you until they were done. Got my Exo last week, Dr did the procedure with patience.
Dr. Nanuan is very thorough. He always gives detailed explanation of his recommended treatment plan and informs me of potential developments he may encounter so I know exactly what to expect. He has an exceptional pain management approach, making the numbing process 100% painless, truly remarkable. The finish of the tooth coloured restoration he did on my front tooth is indistinguishable from its neighbouring tooth. Each member of staff is friendly and professional. Thank you for the excellent service.
Took my mother here for some dental work/cleaning the receptionist was very friendly and doctor was very informative and knowledgeable, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for dental services.
This dental practice is a complete joke. I have had issues ever since this new dentist took over the practice. I asked for a quote for a root canal with my benefits over a month ago when I went in and had to get antibiotics for my infection. I have since had the tooth pulled at this location and last minute the lady at the front desk came in with 2 receipts to show she tried to get the quotes...at this point I'm already frozen and getting ready to have the tooth pulled because I was in clear of the options based on my financ... read more
