I am over 70 years old and have been absolutely terrified of dentists my whole life! As a result of avoiding dentists, I ended up with 14 cavities!! I found Grange Dental Health Care and could not be happier!!! Dr. Nanuan is wonderful. He explains everything before and after procedure. He is very kind and gentle and understanding about my fears. Terrible customer service. They advertise that they accept government insurance but they want you to pay upfront until they get their payment from the government insurance. We had a letter from the government issued this year that my 76 years old mom is eligible for dental care but that was not enough of evidence for the receptionist. We also had her call her last dentist office to confirm when was last time my mom received government assisted dental care to confirm she is eligible for coverage this year but no she was adama... read more
Dr Nanuan and the team at Grange Dental Health Care are wonderful, caring professionals. The staff are all friendly and welcoming, and Dr Nanuan takes the time to ensure that you are comfortable and informed. They are obviously well informed and careful about infection control, and you can tell that the safety and comfort of their patients is of paramount importance.
