One of the worst experiences with this dental practice. New patient, just moved to Guelph. I live next door. I requested an appointment for only teeth cleaning, declined all exams and extra treatments since I had some exams done 4 months ago to save on costs and my limited dental coverage. Was told this was okay. Filled out all forms ahead of time, sending over my insurance info. 1. On the day of the appointment, I'm told they can't do my cleaning having "no time." Just switched to this dentist and I'm so glad. Haven't been in a long time but the staff are super friendly. The dentist is too the point and doesn't shame you for your life choices :P The receptionist is so kind and considerate, and the hygienist I saw explained every step she was going to take. I also appreciate that they try to keep appointments to their designated time. I remember when you would be at the dentist for hours because they would just keep you until they were done. Got my Exo last week, Dr did the procedure with patience.
Dr. Nanuan is very thorough. He always gives detailed explanation of his recommended treatment plan and informs me of potential developments he may encounter so I know exactly what to expect. He has an exceptional pain management approach, making the numbing process 100% painless, truly remarkable. The finish of the tooth coloured restoration he did on my front tooth is indistinguishable from its neighbouring tooth. Each member of staff is friendly and professional. Thank you for the excellent service.
