Terrible customer service. They advertise that they accept government insurance but they want you to pay upfront until they get their payment from the government insurance. We had a letter from the government issued this year that my 76 years old mom is eligible for dental care but that was not enough of evidence for the receptionist. We also had her call her last dentist office to confirm when was last time my mom received government assisted dental care to confirm she is eligible for coverage this year but no she was adama... read more
Dr Nanuan and the team at Grange Dental Health Care are wonderful, caring professionals. The staff are all friendly and welcoming, and Dr Nanuan takes the time to ensure that you are comfortable and informed. They are obviously well informed and careful about infection control, and you can tell that the safety and comfort of their patients is of paramount importance. Right when I walked in they were extremely rude to me, no one greeted me and when I said I had an appointment I was made to wait 30 mins just for my name to be called. The service itself was ok, but not very professional. I wanted to try this place, but your moneys better elsewhere. They were passive aggressive to me and I heard them whispering of me while in my appointment. Stay far away from this place.
