My husband & I stayed in these apartments for almost a year and we had a great first time experience! The apartments were well maintained, clean, and professional. The leasing/office staff including the maintenance crew were always respectful and communicative. Never had any issues!! :)
The place is alright, the prices they charge for here is not ok, they just raised us up to 1200 for a two bedroom that would be alright if we had an apartment that didnt creek under every step. You can hear literally every movement. Besides high rent, and creeky floors, this place is nice, neighbors are nice, they plow. Trash is taken out units are clean. And youre not too far feom the lake.
Just moved in this summer and so far very happy with my choice. Quiet peaceful neighborhood. Glencoe staff very friendly and responsive to any concerns. They are very organized in their maintenance and updating of the apartments and grounds. Must have good wall insulation as don't hear much from the neighbors.
