Brother came home from hospital and was placed on hospice with Grane Hospice Care, he sadly passed on 5th day of entering hospice. Brother had appointed 3 people to be his healthcare agent, his wife was 1st and she was unable, his daughter was second, and his sister was 3rd. The day he entered hospice his daughter would not allow his siblings to visit him nor be given any information about his condition, and did this out of spite. I recently had the experience of working with Grane hospice and specifically nurse Danielle well she was caring for my son-in-law. I cannot say enough nice things about nurse Danielle her positivity. Every time she came to the house, her bedside manner and dealing with a difficult patient and also the way she helped the family. Nurse Danielle went above and beyond with each visit and truly cared about her patient and the family. I would highly recommend anybody working with her should the need arise for hospice care.

Grane Hospice was the best. They were so caring and compassionate and provided all the help that I and my step dad needed during his end stage of life.
