Went to the location a few minutes ago and placed my order. When the lady handed me my bag, I asked for honey. She made the comment is too cold for this. Wth? Then I get home, I don't have any rolls. Isn't that the point of the honey?! Omg, upset. Called back up there, let the phone ring forever, no answer. I promise this is why I go to chick Fila. My order is always CORRECT and customer service on point.

I came here to place an oder tonight, 11/4 at 6:25 p.m. My husband asked a question about the size of catfish filets, and was talked to like he was crazy. They're rude, very unprofessional, and refuse to wear badges or give their names, stating they have a right to refuse to give their names. They refused to give me regional/area manager name and number, stating they don't have one, only an owner. I just left this location.. in the drive through, I ordered pot roast, they were out, then catfish, they were out.. wanted to drive away, but now someone was behind me and I was trapped, I went with the southwest chicken and after telling my side orders 3 times, I get to the window and my order had to be repeated 2 more times.. i got home and it still wasn't right.. This will be the last time I come here. Food was ok. Employees were rude and condescending. Why would you laugh when a customer says there child or grandchild is lactose intolerant? Why would you call it cream gravy if its made with water? Tell me how does it get so white?

I just had the worst service ever!! I got home and gravy was missing from my order. I called and was told to come get my gravy. Really my food will be cold. I asked if they could remake my food fresh. I watched the manager take my returned food to other side of counter out of my view, then he instructed the worker to follow him with new containers. He was about to put same food in the new containers. I then exploded and requested a refund.

First time ever eatting here and will be the last. Food was cold as ice; not even warm. I ate 2 bites and threw the rest in the garbage where it belongs. Told the manager and he just said "sorry." With a blank look on his face. I would NEVER recommend this place.
