I moved in a few years ago back when it was "affordable housing." Since then, our laundry room got an upgrade, communication has became more consistent and clear, mailboxes got better signage... lots of quality-of-life improvements. Michael's done a great job! That being said, prices went up for me by 12% this year. For now it's still one of the cheapest options available, so I'll be sticking around. Just make sure your downstairs neighbor doesn't smoke

Here at Grandview we just got new pool furniture, a remodeled office and remodeled laundry room. They are so nice now! The flowers and landscaping are just beautiful! Along with the great Staff, Mike and Johnny are on the ball always and always so helpful and friendly! I LOVE living here at Grandview Village!

Absolutely miserable experience living here. If I could give zero stars, I would. I had three car break-ins while living at this dump, and management couldn’t have cared less. The only time they paid attention to me was when they were trying to pin bogus complaints on me—each one completely false. My neighbor repeatedly called the cops claiming I was throwing wild parties when I was literally just watching TV alone. The walls are paper thin, so expect zero privacy.
