The grounds and maintenance could use some help sometimes. Mike the Manager is awesome and he host great community events for us all to participate in. The flowers around the office and pool area are always beautiful to look at!
I am so glad I've made Grandview Villiage my home. The grounds are kept up nicely, there are good sidewalks to walk my dog and it is very quiet. Edit: 07/12/24 I am still glad I've made Grandview Village my home, in fact, I've signed another lease. My cats are loving staring at the birds, management and maintenance are wonderful and this is a really good place to live. Highly recommend! Nice, quite place to call home. I have lived here for several years now. The place is kept nice and the flowers by the office are so pretty and well kept. Nice remodeled office and Laundry facilities.
Nice apartments! The Manager Mike is always nice and welcoming. The flowers at the property are always so pretty! Nice pool area too! Laundry facilities are upgraded now also and very nice. Nice place to call home!
The apartments flood they do not do nothing about it they are not worth what they ask the wooten company are slum landlords as of 6-1-26 they're all over the business better bureau f rating Michelle supervisor never answers her phone same way with Patrick Grandview village apartments is a poor property wish I knew who owned it is managed by Wooten company LLC
