Nice, quite place to call home. I have lived here for several years now. The place is kept nice and the flowers by the office are so pretty and well kept. Nice remodeled office and Laundry facilities.
Nice apartments! The Manager Mike is always nice and welcoming. The flowers at the property are always so pretty! Nice pool area too! Laundry facilities are upgraded now also and very nice. Nice place to call home!

I moved in a few years ago back when it was "affordable housing." Since then, our laundry room got an upgrade, communication has became more consistent and clear, mailboxes got better signage... lots of quality-of-life improvements. Michael's done a great job! That being said, prices went up for me by 12% this year. For now it's still one of the cheapest options available, so I'll be sticking around. Just make sure your downstairs neighbor doesn't smoke
