This is a WONDERFUL Facility! The Vet and Staff are gentle and knowledgeable! My husband and I have a mini kitty rescue over here, mostly feral cats and they take care of all of them.
I'm tired of the long waits for my dog to be seen. The Dr is usually 30 to 45 minutes late every time I have had an appointment. Today she made us wait 30 minutes to be seen. All while I can hear her talking outside the door and my dog is anxious and shut in a room waiting to be seen. When she finally came in she didnt even acknowledge my dog or me or ask how he has been. Just told me to hold him still and then she gave him his vaccine and we were done. She spent less than 2 minutes with us and I'm charged $26 for an office ... read more
We love Grandview. Dr. Green is very professional and the staff is beyond caring. We lost a dog to cancer, having to put him to sleep a couple months ago. Never easy, but Denise called throughout Chevy's illness checking in on us. I was always able to call and tell them my concernes and get questions answered. Yesterday we took our new furbaby in for his first puppy visit and every one of the staff came in to see our sweet new Weimaraner, Zepplin. Staff is always caring in person and over the phone! We have been coming here for many years, great place!
I love all the staff at Grandview! I have never had any problems with anyone and they are always happy to explain what needs to be done. I have a diabetic dog and they have been so supportive. I get all his supplies and special dog food there. I would recommend it to any one for any pet.
