Avoid this building at all costs. If I could give zero stars I would. My partner and I moved in on May 31 2025 and found a severe BED BUG infestation within hours. Management denied any history of pests, but the problem was clearly long-standing. We were placed in a filthy, temporary unit that was also infested and still charged full rent. UPDATE JULY 2025 Management recently came to the floor I live on, making excuses about not answering formal correspondences to/with a neighbor, in which my partner felt the need to step in due to the subject matter, myself and other residents have been persisting in our complaints about the bedbugs, to which the superintendent seemed to imply we gave false information and never REPORTED the bedbugs in our unit at all. lived here for 3 months and have gotten bed bugs, had a pipe burst in my apartment and was only partially fixed and the guy never came back to finish it, 2 emergency water shut offs, windows arent sealed properly so theres an intense whistling if the windows aren't open. Toilets is the cheapest model possible and doesnt flush properly, was promised a bigger fridge when i moved in but it was just....given to someone else, the company doesnt hire staff to maintain the building, there only 1 maintenance guy for both buildings, ... read more
Seriously consider where you want to live...If I could leave Zero stars I would. I have lived here barely 6 months, and in this time there have been countless water shutoffs, elevator issues, and the PESTS. The roaches and BEDBUGS are everywhere. We had none of our belongings moved in, sleeping in an empty apartment and STILL got eaten alive by them.
