Property management sucks. The property sucks. Keep getting weird sounds through the walls. They come in the apartment any time they want without even asking for various things. No notice was given and person waited like 1 min before he opened the door and bursted in. The sink in the kitchen makes weird noises. The bathroom does not have a vent. I would rather live anywhere and even pay more money than live here. People are rude who come in as well. They just want your Money and then no one is there to help. They lost the ke... read more
Do not come to this building. Property management is not good at all. No one helps. They enter without notice. They enter anytime they want. People are rude who enter as well. No notice of water shutdown as well as they happen so often that they expect us to just know.
Management is shit. Beware of Perry he enters the flats without notice. Keep your belongings safe. If u have left the building forget about the deposit money , because the management will too. Parking is a mess anybody will park anywhere even though if it’s an assigned parking . Entry and exit is a mess anybody would crash u if u don't pay attention. Maintenance if something is broken in yr house it will stay broken till u dont leave.
It's full of bedbugs, 0% recommended for living. If you can, find another place to live.
Avoid this building at all costs. If I could give zero stars I would. My partner and I moved in on May 31 2025 and found a severe BED BUG infestation within hours. Management denied any history of pests, but the problem was clearly long-standing. We were placed in a filthy, temporary unit that was also infested and still charged full rent. Worse, when we raised concerns, staff became aggressive. One male employee came to our door, raised his voice, and falsely blamed us for the infestation.
