Ruby (building manager) and (helpful husband) Tim have started out on such a great foot! They are so helpful, friendly and sincere. There is a noticeable difference in care. The first time I came into the lobby since they started, it smelled so good, I thought it was someone’s perfume lingering but nope, it was just cleaned well! It has remained this way. Nice building older building. Close to downtown in Old South. Very nice and friendly building manager on site. Has a different floor plans for apartments and a pool on site as well. Close to shopping and on major bus routes.
